You haven't given us much to go on but just going on the leaf I'd say Sapium sebiferum - Chinese tallow. They are hardy so used extensively as street trees in this area.

FYI accurate ID needs plenty of info - leaf, trunk (including bark), habit (bush, tree, etc) and overall shape are all pointers that can help differentiate one tree from another. Flowers and fruit are not always available but are really key to any differences.
