Hi all
just thought I would share my joy :D , my prunus spinosa flowered for the first time since I dug it up from the side of the road 2 years ago . I'm really stoked and hoping it will get better each year from here on .

Hey Peterb...Awesome stuff...I too absolutely love it when our flowering trees bloom. I have a Japanese Flowering Cherry and its held all of it's flowers for the last 3 weeks, and just today I'm seeing new growth about to shoot so the flowers will be gone soon, but back again next year. Looks like you have a picked a winner from the roadside. Are you working on a semi cascade...? Oh Yeah... Nice carving work....looks great...!
