Looks like Juniperus Communis, a prickly juniper hard to work, gloves recommended!

I think it is chinese fir or the Latin name is
"Cunninghamia lanceolata"

Definitely not Cunninghamia lanceolata - wrong fruits. Cunninghamia has cones.
