Layering more Black Pines

Discussions about propagating from cuttings, seeds, air layers etc. Going on a dig (Yamadori) or thinking of importing? Discuss how, when and where here.

Hi nananaja003,

There is a great little program called IrfanView. This program can be downloaded for free. If you choose to have a look at it I will give a simple description on how you can reduce the size of your files.

IrfanView
1/ Open your photo with IrfanView.
2/ When IrfanView opens, press Ctrl R. This will open a Resize/Resample image box. Select 640 x 480 Pixels
3/ Click the OK button.

Saving the new image
1/ Press Ctrl S this is to save the file.
2/ Select a folder to save the new file. If you choose the same folder as the original image, give the new file a different name. This will retain your original image.
3/ Press the Save button

Hope this helps.

Regards Ray
