Orange eggs? On fertilizer..

Post by ben17487 »

Hey all, just returned from a 2 week holiday and noticed on around half of my plants there are these small orange balls stuck to the fertilizer pellets. I haven't seen them before so I am assuming they're some form of pests eggs. Anyone got any idea?

Thanks!!

I'm getting them as well. Pretty sure it's a fungus. Not sure if it's detrimental? I haven't had any plants struggle from it though.

Have you seen them before?
My plants were somewhat damp and in a shaded spot while I was away so maybe that's how it's formed..
