WANTED
Just putting the feelers out for:
Millettia (Callerya) reticulata (Satsuma Sakuko Fuji) preferably; and/or
Millettia reticulata (Murasaki Natsu Fuji)
They are ''summer wisterias''. Peter Valder grew them at Nooroo , Mount Wilson in NSW, so they are in Oz.
Does anyone know of a nursery or grower who may have them. (probably NSW)
Thankyou

Re: WANTED
Hi Mike,
How about trying rare nurseries in the area of Nooroo or Mount Wilson. The other thought is garden clubs in the area.
Just a suggestion.
Cheers

Re: WANTED
One of my favourite camp sites is on Mt Wilson, next time I'm up there I could knock on their door if you would like?

I don't trust Bonsai, they are a little shady.

Re: WANTED
Hi Mike,
I have no idea what variety of millettia I have. I neglected it for many years not knowing what it was. It has now become quite vigorous

That's the Millettia japonica ''Hime Fuji''. I have that one. They make great little trees.

Hi Treeman, I only just stumbled on this thread, you may have already found what you are looking for. But just in case, have you tried Dicksonia Rare Plants at Mt Macedon?

Re: WANTED
Ups on researching the species, I'm wondering if I have one here in my yard. Almost certainly a milletia, but what species, I don't know.
