Wisteria - Brachy botrys "Alba" - White

Post by kcpoole »

While between Demos at the school show on the weekend, i was havign a poke around Rays stock on the shelves and in amongst his selection of wisteria, there were a few nice looking white ones.

Needless to say this one got shoved in with my demo kit and came home with me in the afternoon. (yep Ray makes a good income from the school memberes too :-) )

The plan will be to wait till after flowering and then repot and see what is under the ground, and to reduce the long straight growth somewhat (they will go in as cuttings), and wire the rest for shape.

It already has a nice shape, and has lovley short Racemes, with lots of them on this fairly small tree.
Lets see how it develops over a few years eh!
