this who it was mate! sorry elias, short term memory sometimes lol.anttal63 wrote:it was elias you were discussing it with, he gave me a hand binding it up and bending. na nothing to show you yet. its about to get slip potted up to the next size and just left to grow, grow grow. 5 to 10 years to go, then we can start styling.jamie111 wrote:hey ant, i seen your post on juniper squamata 2, when we were talking bout my cascade i think this came up? it might have been with jarrod? cant remember, anyways, was wondering how this little beauty was going? any more progress or pictures??? or have you just let it grow out some more?
regards jamiesorry to dissapoint but as soon as anything worth showing happens i will.
all good mate, was just curious bout it thats all, this could be done on a smaller scale of time rather than waiting 5-10 years if i wanted to go with something similar but smaller in size, like mini? was it said that it will take about 3 years for these to fuse? obviously its a long term project for what you want as you stated it was going to be a lot taller, therefore the time span is for a thicker trunk, yes?
sorry for picking your brain about this, i just find this technique very interesting
