JEEZUZ!! This is the third time I'm typing this! 3 blackouts in a row just before I finished!!!
Anyway, The new shoots should not weep like this but I have seen it before and I don't think it's root rot but hard to be sure. It could be too much nitrogen, or heavy shade or a combination? The colour is still good which is positive. Don't over water or over feed and let us know what happens.

The tree had gone to the botanical garden in heaven.

Key learnings;

- be conservative with root reduction
- know the species
- don't leave your repot to summer
