landscape under construction

Yep I hear you Alpineart, I'm in the same boat, they get heavier everyday
If you do cut it in half the left side would lean to a more tropical landscape with the fig. I wouldn't touch the planting to the right to my eye its perfect.
Came across this site and thought this was heading in the right direction. Although the planting on it would be extremely heavy.

Hi KIRKY , mate eventually it will have to be pulled apart as the roots on all 3 plants have cracked the mortar holding the rocks together . There's a lot of power in root's when they penetrate substrates they do untold damage even on this scale , might have to put some reo' in the bases next time .

This is the black mountain after a work over

, brighter in colour however it will fade to a more realistic natural look . This pot was purchased from a club member last month however it is a bit small
