No 2 unearthed..ficus
This is the second of the figs to come out and get checked. Only about 30 to repot. This is the last root over rock. This one is totally on top of the rock and my goal is for the tree to be able to support the rock with its own root system and hold the rock upright. I got caught out with customers and had to wire it later. Oh well, cant always get it right.

The project is in the hothouse and won't be worked on for another few months. I was not happy with the root system and it has been left to grow into the rock more. i will update next year, hope you are patientKyBonzai wrote:Any chance we can see what this looks like now ?

Still not pleased with this one and it looks like it might need to go back into a larger grow box and be covered up again. One side of the roots did not do well and did not adhere, probably because i did not pay any attention to it. It is healthy though so i will persevere.
