Picea Glauca "Conica" -Dwarf Alberta Spruce

Post by alpineart »

These have been hanging around for quite some time

. They have had minimal training except for the larger single trunk which was chopped up for a Christmas tree a couple of years ago .I was planning on putting all 3 together , 2 twin trunks and a single trunk , unfortunately i don't have a large tray . I potted the 2 likely candidates yesterday

,with a trim happening this morning to sort the branches out

then i wired and shaped the trunks this afternoon

. More than happy with the outcome , next step will be to trim and style the other twin trunk and find a suitable tray to put all 3 trunks together .

Cheers Alpineart.

Great work alpineart, loving the styling thus far! Looking forward to seeing the 3rd tree incorporated too :)

Hi guys , this one was sold back in 2015 to a traveler from central NSW , unfortunately as with all the sold material I never see or hear of the progress of these items .I ask members here and recommend this site to others that purchase material to post a topic and that doesn't happen either or be it very rarely :palm: . Maybe they don't want people to know where they get their items from , which is a bit of a shame . :|

Cheers . Alpine
