Prunus acquisition frenzy

Suddenly got an urge to buy Prunus.
Found one today. Very old and not very healthy looking.
Any expert can tell me what kind of prunus is this? Certainly not Mume, I think.
Can't wait until it flowers to find out
The original owner is 80 years old, he does not know exactly what prunus it is

That's what I want to know too. I read somewhere that prunus can't live more than 15 years
Is some of the prunus or all of them not long lived?
Two big mume in Bonsai South not long ago is said to be 45 years old, if I remember right.
