Roadside Hawthorn
Collected about ten years ago . Has been growing in pure coco peat for the last five years . Slipped it into this pot on the 10th of October.

Good flower distribution well done.
Interested in the coco peat growing medium, any particular reason?

Re: Roadside Hawthorn
Hi Watto , I was experimenting with various potting mixes and never being one to follow Convention tried some small Hawthorns in straight coco peat , that seemed to work so put this tree in the “ mix “ and it has been happy ever since . Note the rock ! Coco peat is light and trees are liable to blowing over . Some extra ballast helps . Cheers . Graham
