Certainl does Tim.
I think that is Indigofera decora - AKA bush wisteria, summer wisteria, Chinese indigo and probably lots of other common names.
Suckers profusely but as you can see it can produce a nice trunk if it is kept pruned and the suckers controlled.

Thanks Shibui and kinetic, it’s an interesting plant, I potted up that sucker a couple of months ago and it’s been flowering for at least a month.
