My neighbours are doing over their front yard, and were hurling these out, so I bagged them!
A couple of useable trunks for shohi, I reckon, but what are they?
Anyone know!

Looks like you've scored an olive, Philotheca myoporoides and possibly a Pyracantha. I'd be very surprised if tree two survives but the other should be fine. Good luck!

I think the last two may be Jade plants. But the texture of the wood in the cut branches doesn't look quite right for that

I thought the same RB then realised the jades are in a pot behind.

Are there are only 2 trees in this collection?

I can see Grevillea - pics 1 and 2. It has yellow grevillea flowers.
3,4 and 5 are, Philotheca as Joel has already said - used to be called eriostemon until a few years ago. No olives and no pyracantha as far as I can see.

I doubt that the grevillea will survive transplant but

I would rate the philotheca chances a bit higher. These can tolerate pruning very well and should be worth trying as bonsai.
