ID please Flowering grass plant *not bonsai*

Hi! It’s not a bonsai suitable plant but we saw this plant on our holiday and thought it would be nice to put under our rose bushes. Does anyone know what it is or if we can get it in Australia?

Looks a bit like Dianthus? ...mini carnation? Not 100% sure though...

Does look like a Dianthus to me but my id on this type of thing is not great. If it is Dianthus it is pretty readily available at regular nurseries

I'll go Dianthus with a fair bit more certainty. There are lots of different colours and flower shapes.
Very easy to grow from cuttings. Some stems near the ground will already have roots and you can just snip bits off and plant them.
You should be able to find these or some other colours of the same at almost any nursery in seedling trays or sometimes in larger pots.

Forgot to add: Common name for this species is 'pinks' even though they come in a range of colours

Agree with Shibui. You can purchase from the big green shed. A good variety is "Heaven Scent" compact ball with very good fragrance.
