Less than two weeks until the 2019 AABC Convention, (registrants should vote early for the Federal Election)
Lots of opportunities to purcase something nice, the exhibition and sales areas will be open to the general public. I always seem to come home from conventions with a pot or two.
A few weeks ago I viewed some of Elaines imported pots.
Admittedly not the cheapest pots I have ever seen but very beautiful. If you pick one up the quality is immediately apparent and I found it difficult to put them down.
Many other potters will show their wares including locals Val, Tracey and Marg. Lots of opportunities to buy native trees as well.
If you are selling please chime in and give us a sneak peek!

Re: AABC Convention sales
I bought 2 of her pots last convention . Very high quality and some amazing glazes you wont see elsewhere and most are suited for flowering/fruiting and deciduous trees

Yes - I viewed some of Elaine’s imported pots when I did a preso at Warragul Bonsai Group recently; beautiful and unique glazes. Excellent pots.

Re: AABC Convention sales
Hi all,
Luke Parsons here from Adelaide Bonsai Pottery.
I'll certainly be at the AABC bonsai convention.
For a look at the sort of gear I might be bringing along
head to @Adelaide Bonsai Pottery on Facebook.
Or better still, just head to my stand at the convention.
Cheers, Luke

After roughly 20 years of growing bonsai, I reckon I might just be starting to get the hang of it...

Re: AABC Convention sales
Great to hear that you will be there Luke, I remember some of the pots you were selling last year. Great textured finishes will be highly suitable for Aussie natives.

Re: AABC Convention sales
I've never been to one of these sales before, do sellers accept card or is it a cash only situation?
