European Red PIne - Pinus Resinosa
I collected a few of these about 15 years ago and the have just sat here with the occasional candle snap I only collected them for the red aged bark which hasn't appeared just yet although I could force the issue and peal it back . They grow very leggy and with long needles like the Mexican Weeping Pine .A difficult tree to wire as they are the most brittle pine i have ever worked . No I didn't wire it , that's too neat even for me . I had a visitor who left with a bonus tree for taking the time to wrap it up . Needs a few more fine wires but I can manage that or I might just bribe my Son to help out
