I had to drive to Toowoomba to pick up my car this morning, so took the opportunity to stop in to see the show.
It's being held at the Rose Cottage, Holberton and Pottinger Streets, Newtown, Toowoomba. It's Carnival of Flowers time in Toowoomba, so the gardens are all bursting into bloom as well. A nice time of year to visit.
I've attached 2 photos, will share more tomorrow

The trees:-
The Chinese Penjing setting was 3m long, and I didn't have enough room to get it all in, sadly.

Thanks for your work Mel, it's good to see such a comprehensive view of the exhibition. I thought the tiny figurines in the first tree (?maple) and the first bougainvillea made the trees look massive in comparison - a very fine use of them for scale.
Thanks,
G

Thanks Gavin, I named nearly all the jpgs so when you click on them you can see the tree variety. That works on desktop, anyway. Sorry if you couldn't see, that first tree is a flowering plum. Agree that the use of the figurines does give the impression the tree is huge! (The Bougie was a very large tree!) Thanks for that, I was too busy taking photos to really notice til now. Appreciated.
