haha your not the first to notie the similarity in the styling of my broadleaf trees, i love broad spread with twisted branches :D

i am liking that one jarryd! i have heaps of these around the place but wast sure on how they would go, after seeing yours i might grab one with some interesting trunk and nebari :D

nebari is a hard thing to find on a camphor, they do exist however i have one :D

Hey Mates!!!

Glad to see others working with Camphor. While it's rather difficult to work with in some respects it never the less is a great tree and it is one of my favorite trees in my collection. just thought I'd post a pic of it for your comments.

I got a cutting to strike (with the aid of a cut-off 2L coke bottle) and now it is going great guns. I love the smell of the wood and leaves. Grown from a cutting, tap roots should not be a problem. Am hoping mine will look like yours someday, Jarryd. Yours looks good, too planmanky, but I like the taper on Jarryds.

As this is the nly thread on them I will add my attempt & experience. Started as a single trunk 7yrs ago, trunk died after major pruning, became triple trunk, repot & became single trunk again from dieback... It survived the most recent repot but hasnt made any growth since it was done...
