Stumbled across this on the internet....never seen Bonsai displayed like this before but I think it works well.

It's a great Idea but the display is a bit caotic I think
It's too bad your in such a hurry cause the stories I could tell you, Bushels and baskets of stories, hole crates full of stories. But if you can spare a moment I will tell you one story.

I love the tree but i will reserve judgment on the setting. Hard to separate my mind from the traditional.

This puts me in mind of our church. During Lent, no floral decorations are used and so I take a few trees in, changing the arrangement weekly until Easter. Old buddies will have seen some of my efforts in another place.

545? I dont understand...

I saw a post a while back on AusBonsai about displaying Aussie native Bonsai in a more Australian way. This display is trying to mix the traditional with something different... I think its exactly what a lot of people here would like to do with their native trees. Maybe we could switch a VB can with the holy grail there and have a picture of a cocky on the kakejiku!

the tree is AMAZING!!!


I get where this guy is coming from. if this is the story he is telling. the concept is great, but i too dont feel the delivery come off. :D 8-)
