Hi Grant,

I have never heard of a "Koyo" brand, I cannot comment on them. Is this the one you get from Stone Lantern?
It may well be a great tool, but you need to consider whether you really want to buy a Japanese tool imported from Japan to the U.S. and then sent to Australia.

A few years ago I was considering importing Joshua Roth tools from the U.S. - but then it just didnt make sense to me to be importing Japanese tools from America.

I have some brilliant contacts in Japan now and can get the best tools at fairly reasonable prices.

Regards,
Leigh.
Cheers,
Leigh.

I stock and sell Kikuwa tools from Japan which are reasonably priced and i have never received a complaint about them. My personal tools are stainless Samurai which i think are the bees knees. I also have Chinese tools but you get what you pay for. Having said that i have had a set of Chinese root shears for ten years that i can not kill.

Leigh you state a good point there, i never even thought of it like that.
Do you have a price list or anything you can send as it seems your online part of your website isnt working.

Cheers,

Grant

G'day Grant - I am in the process of setting up my website for sales. I used to use eBay and link everything from my website to my eBay store - got sick of forking out to eBay - so I am setting it up without them - hopefully I wont be too long! In the mean time - I can send pics and prices of anything you need - just send me a PM or email from my website.

Cheers,
Leigh
