a Little Fat olive
Hi everyone
Had a little time on my hands today so i thought I would style this little guy.
I tried to sell it on Ebay some time ago, starting price was $80.00 but no takers, lucky me.
I would like your thoughts, good or bad, but be gentle.

I dont need to buy olives... I just go talk to the orange growers around these parts or cruise the back water streets in the Adelaide hills.Pup wrote:Way to go Skip a very good start. to a promising tree.

Looks like some carving will be needed to get the appearance of taper I thinks.

Re: a Little Fat olive
gday skip
i have an olive of very similar stature to this one of yours, any chance we could get an updated pic? i never thought of pushing the new leader so low down, it still provides enough room for decent taper and ramification?
would love to see it now anyways

Re: a Little Fat olive
I disagree on the carving suggestion. To my taste this tree has enough movement and taper to beautifully carry the foliage once it has a bit more development. An updated pic would be very nice as it is a stunning tree.
