Well today spoken about how to extract seed from a cedrus cone and then with autunm here now is the time to go looking for these subjects a mugho pine brought the green cone home in the oven on a low setting of 50-70 degree for three to four hours then peeled back the layers to get the seeds will plant them in spring. what other seed collecting ideas are out there

You read my mind with this subject. I plan on chasing up good species of pine this Autumn. Also working out what pines we have in the main street they are a nice looking pine. We are also talking about collecting seeds at the Clubs botanic garden ;)
It's too bad your in such a hurry cause the stories I could tell you, Bushels and baskets of stories, hole crates full of stories. But if you can spare a moment I will tell you one story.
