Re: 1st attempt at a Juni Cascade
Great work Archie. I would like to suggest a little more movement in the tail. It looks a little static for a tree that is struggling to survive on a cliff. Maybe turn the end of the tail back up a bit as well but it seems like the very tip has no growth ?
Like I said great stuff though

It's too bad your in such a hurry cause the stories I could tell you, Bushels and baskets of stories, hole crates full of stories. But if you can spare a moment I will tell you one story.

Re: 1st attempt at a Juni Cascade
as Bretts Said, Needs more movement in the tail
another bend going backwards then bring the bottom forward to the viewer
do not forget also, the branches should be on the outside of the bends. Nice effort and good wiring job.
As you say, great value for 10 bucks
The only way to learn is to do it yourself, and then ask for suggestions and criticism
Top effort:-)

Re: 1st attempt at a Juni Cascade
Thanks for all the input ladies and gents,
Like you said the only way to learn is to do it yourself. I will try and give the trunk more movement when I get some time. I might even buy a book on Juni's i really luv em. Pity I'm not that great at them just yet.
