O.K fish, we might have a communication problem here because of language difficulties? As Shibui said there are plenty around so firstly, identify what a moreton Bay looks like, they are very easily identifiable, keep your eye out as you are getting around the city. When you see one snap a couple of small off branches off and take them home, stick them into some hormone powder and plant them out in a protected area. Late winter through to early summer is best for this Cheers

I am assuming you want to grow a fig as a large trained tub plant ? I reckon the beast option would be to check out some of the advanced tree nurseries around vic there are plenty of the and I am sure you could pick up some thing pretty substantial.

Yes I have located a grow with advanced 1.8-2m trees.

Will sti grab some cuttings for a smaller project.

Keep your eyes on ebay and other free sites that people can offer stuff for free (can't think of the names) I picked up a pretty decent size fig 6" for $20 from the local nursery because it was a bit awful after frost exposure. So check out all the nurseries but just like collecting in the wild just when you think there is nothing about and you stop looking you find them
Although a word we don't like to use I think Topiary is the word used to describe the style of garden fig you want to create.

Go Fish.... if you are looking for some figs in the northern suburbs, try in yarra bend park fairfield a few very large ones there also in franklin square park carlton there is a few.
