My neighbour's bougainvillias
Hi, my neighbour said he asked and dug them up from some where for free. I couldn't believe it. I paid $50 for some nearly dead azalea.

They look incredible! Your neighbour is one lucky guy. I wish I was that lucky! But then... I've got nowhere to put them at the moment anyway

Whilst walking through the forest of Bonsai Myths, I found a single small tree.

It wasn't me! But I wish it was, cause then I'd live close enough to Kvan64's neighbour to run off with one!!Petra wrote:Thanks for sharing Japh,

Re: My neighbour's bougainvillias
Ha ha, I wish I was too. But I would need at least two of my mates to help me with the smallest one. The biggest pot is 1.8 m x 1.8 m. These are custom made by marine ply-wood and treated hardwood. and weight tonnes with soil in them.Japh wrote:It wasn't me! Re: My neighbour's bougainvillias
Would it be too expensive to pay a bit more than $1000 for one of these bougs?

Re: My neighbour's bougainvillias
i think a grand is cheap for something of this size and development, considering full size yard trees are a lot more! if you can get one for a grand and like it DK then i would consider it... although bying the forklift to move it might be the killer....

i love that first one!!! sweet movement, it has me mesmerised, and taper and colour and, and, and!!!!
