[ID] NEEDED PLEASE

This tree was another "old stock" bargain from Bunnings the other day. I fell in love with the leaf, it reminded me of a particular tree I had seen once...all green canopy with the odd scarlett red leaf. I hope this is the same. The Bunnings guy couldn't tell me either so I put it to you... Can anyone identify it for me please.
