Re: 2010 2nd US NATIONAL BONSAI EXHIBITION
That's a refreshing look at one of these events Daviet. Whats up with Marco! Didn't he get a gift
Poor guy was chewed up and spat out by the Internet Bonsai community lately. I would have thought he would have had a little more support with his NBW email. It was suggested that it was tongue in cheek but there is always truth to a joke. That's why it is funny.
I am neither here nor their about his email, It is an opinion that needed to be said, but I do think he needs to realise we can't all be travelling around the world working on some of the best trees around everyday.
Guess you can't expect too much from people we are only a 6 pack away from climbing back up the trees

It's too bad your in such a hurry cause the stories I could tell you, Bushels and baskets of stories, hole crates full of stories. But if you can spare a moment I will tell you one story.

It was a bit of a riddle but I think I managed to decypher what the NBW email is, see here: http://bonsainut.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3808
Perhaps I'm the only daft bastard who hadn't read it? I'm going to have to read the 17 odd pages of the thread to understand what is going on, but it looks juicy. An initial thought is that it is interesting that someone has decided to make public an email they received privately.
Cheers,
Mojo

Re: 2010 2nd US NATIONAL BONSAI EXHIBITION
I dont think it was a private e-mail. From the looks of it, it seems that its an e-mail sent out to anyone and everyone who subscribes to his website and/or his tool.
Although he probably has a point, and there are probably armchair experts in every hobby, sport, etc... I think that there is a lot to be said for humility. Whatever the true reason for his e-mail, it certainly has directed a lot of attention towards the tool.

Nice Vid daviet thanks
Had not seen the thread over at 'nut, not the email from Marko, but after reading them I do reckon He is a bit of a tool.
As we all know from discussions here, when comments are posted thaty are a little controversial, they are always taken the wrong way! Email is no exception.

I just wish he wouldn't attack bonsai wankers. That's making fun of having sex with someone I really care about.
