wisteria backbudding?

Hey peeps,

does anyone knwo if wisteria backbud well and can they survive a fairly decent root pruning?

They back budding very well and you can root prune them as hard as you want. In fact, winter is the best time to do this. I tried all sort of cuttings and root cuttings of different sizes and the success rate is more than 90%. Some of my cuttings are bigger than wrist size.
