[SELL] Large Privet raft - open to offers??
I have a large raft privet bonai
History taken off NANNY GOAT HILL 25 years ago growing across cement slab
Approx 1.500m long with 1 major tree at one end and 6 minor trees has been planted in ground for 10 years ..Raised and bagged..
living wrapped in tarp for 6 mths(dont you love privet cant kill them if you try) takes at least 2 people more like 3 to lift.
Anyone interested..See your local laws re the weed privet.. Here as long as you dont let berry they are ok but varies throughout aust.
Dont want to break any rules..Ill try and set up photo .

Re: Privet raft LARGE (SELL)offers??
The main tree has a widder base than shown As prev said my camera packed it in yesterday..so cannot take any more photos
SEVERAL people have asked what the price is...There is no set price, thats why I asked for offers..
Over the weekend if anyone wants to make an offer please do ..On monday Ill inform the lucky new owner to come pick up..
Newcastle area..Dont send an offer unless serious..
This may be a new concept for some..For those that know me Ive done this regularly at club level in past. With both pots and rocks and trees(.I am not a greddy person so you may be suprised what price Ill accept) But as not affiliated any more I hat to have to pay out 20% to go to club and sell..And its a bit big to be carting around..Thats why it has sat in the tarp since I raised it from bed 6 mths ago

Re: [SELL] Large Privet raft - open to offers??
Im quite open to opinions on what could be done with tree..
To give ideas to a prospective buyer.
Tree would make a great garden spec. water course running by..
Its pretty unique I feel..
Has anyone something similar??
I thank those moderating for help with the novice here.

Re: [SELL] Large Privet raft - open to offers??
It has been suggested to cut up and sell individually..
If you buy it you can do what YOU like..
But to me its a unique raft..You see them in books with young specimums but this had major structure when it was dug.
So is many years old.
If you cannot find a pot, I imagine a slab would be a good choice that way the raft could be viewed better.

I can see a great setting in this, and wish I both had the money and was closer to take this off your hands. Worthy tree, a great artistic challenge too should anyone take it.
Young and hostile but not stupid.

Re: [SELL] Large Privet raft - open to offers??
Tree offer had been accepted ,sadly highest offer had wife issues...(its me or that tree)
He chose his wife (that was the sad part)
Second offer awaiting acceptance or not..To be advised by Friday
If this is not accepted will relist on the other place where people bid and buy things..Its name that cannot be spoken.

IF you wanted to sell it, use it in a club demo and auction it off.. might get better results. Can you imagine people trying to haul it interstate? Not an easy task.
