Things of great wonderment, those roots hey Pup? Take a rock, beat it with a hammer and nothing happens, sometimes you might get lucky and belt off a chip or two. Take to the same rock with a cut off disc in your grinder and you might get to mark the rock in a couple of places. Now stick a Fig on the same rock and a root will find it's way through the rock eventually and split it in two.

Used to get rocks when I was in the Territory that you fair dinkum couldn't cut with grinders, but I split a few with Fig roots. And we think we can control nature!!

G,day Graeme, You are so right. I did ask Hirotoshi Saitoh when he was last here what to do. He said that to put it in a semi cascade pot, a large one and laughed.

Then said as it breaks the rock this is what you will end up with a semi cascade, so while it sits where it is, I will try for more aerials, so it will look like it is growing on the side of a billabong.

Cheers :) Pup
