Re: Alfonse Anderson full bloom
Thanks all,
It has been hard work recently with all the rain, (I try to bring the tree inside on wet days) but the rewards are well worthwhile.
Now we have reached the stage where there are only a few new buds and I am removing those which have wilted. Then it will be time to do the maintenance, lots of pruning, wiring and a repot. Many, many hours to be spent here.

Re: Alfonse Anderson full bloom
Hi Gerard,
So you are Mr. Alfonse Anderson?
Just about 2 weeks ago, I have seen in shop in Fawkner! This shop is next to a Chinese eating house. I did stop and look at it. I thought to myself it would be magnificient in full bloom.
I have never expect to see it here. And I am not disappointed

Re: Alfonse Anderson full bloom
Yes Daviet,
Two weeks ago I had this tree in the front window of my shop, I wanted to draw attention to the BSV show.
Next time you pass, please come in and introduce yourself.
