This is for mostly Sydney and environs members: We are organising a bus trip on 28th November and we need another 10 people to make the trip break-even financially.
The trip will be as follows: Leave West Pymble Community Hall, Lofberg Rd, West Pymble at 8.00am sharp. Travel to Bonsai South Nursery at Caringbah, morning tea provided by Leong and spend about 60 to 90 minutes there. Travel to Bomaderry Bowling Club for lunch, then to Mason Keane's Nursery (Bonsai by the Bay) at Woollamia, near Jervis Bay and more time spent there, then back to West Pymble, probably via the new SeaBridge at Coledale.. Expect to back to start point around 5.30pm.
Luxury coach from Hawksford's. Cost per person $40 including lunch. Will be a good day with the visit to two top bonsai nurseries and good company. I've just been advised that Dot Koreshoff is on board. All anybody needs to bring is a box (preferably plastic) to put any trees in - and $40............
