I found these little guys growing alongside a walking track on my afternoon walk. I think they are Black cypress pine but I could be wrong (please correct me if I am)
I know its probably no the best time for collecting and potting but i don't think they would have stayed the size they are for very long and they were the perfect size for what I wanted
They were all around the 500mm mark but I thoght they might make some good Mame Bonsai to go in the pots I found at the local junk yard.
I didn't think to take any before shots.
Thes are only my third fourth and fifth trees so far.

Hi Tinmonkey. Did they survive and did you get a positive id on these? Hope they are alive and have filled out a little/further styling.
