Hi NS, ask yourself,"what do I want from this tree", you could go the Shohin route or you could pick a new leader and grow it on.. It really depends on what you want from this tree. Plenty of options, just take your time

I thoght you were just posting the 360 so did not comment
the problem I see is you need a shoot higher up the trunk near the chop
Any of the others would be far too low to use as the leader I think
