A few new pots

Post by Pat K »

Hi Guys,

Critiques welcomed...it's how we learn! What do you like and, more importantly, what do you not like with these pots.

I like the green one too. The crawled glaze is working well. How did the hairspray go?

Hi Pat.
The copper red one I'm not keen on - the colour. Is that your "Peaches and Cream"?

Thanks Penny, you mean 'strawberries and.....'?

No, it's not. I haven't been able to achieve that again. :( This is a recent glaze that I'm testing....not too good eh?

A small azalea with similar colour blossoms wouild be stunning in the red pot..... you are all blind to it's possibilities and how nice to have a colour that is subtle and elegant. Well done Pat. Well done... but no less than we expect from such a great potter.
