juniper over drift wood

Post by arabicabonsai »

has anyone done a juniper over drift wood / stump and cascade from the top. seen it lots with rocks but not with driftwood. we have a juniper in our garden being used as a ground cover, it has only top growth ofcourse and alot of small roots shooting on the bottom side, perfect to wrap over a lump of wood. what ya'll think?
Pumped up like popeye on two cans of Spinach!!

when you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth.

I cant see why not. Treat the wood for rot first, If the stump is exposed i suppose, technically, it will be a phoenix graft :?:
