Tools and Wire

Post by Leigh Taafe »

For those of you who are waiting for tools and wire from me, trust me, as soon as the wire is released from Customs and has arrived on my doorstep I will notify you all. I will then have shipped all orders either the same day or the day after. There is no need for concern. I have no control over the situation, once Customs do their bit - they will release the goods to Australia Post - then they will send it to me. It is just a matter of time. I am sorry it is taking a bit longer than we anticipated, but that is the way these things go sometimes. If it didnt get held up in Customs, you would have it by now.
Cheers,
Leigh.

This one was done in November. The tools arrived early, Brett - yours have been sent. We are waiting on the wire to be cleared from Customs, it came by a different route by the looks of it.
Cheers,
Leigh.

Not much left mate! Still have a fair bit of fat stock (mainly English Elm). There are some established large bonsai still for sale - and I will be getting rid of a lot established deciduous bonsai. Will still supply tools, wire and accessories upon order.
Cheers,
Leigh.

Here is an update from customs:
Dear Leigh,

Thank you for your email.

We are in the process of assessing your import and will send you an email shortly.
I am also getting a little impatient on this one!
Cheers,
Leigh.

Hi Brett - they were just going through their processes I suppose! However, in my past dealings with Customs it has always been a lot faster than this. This afternoon I finally got my bill from them and will make payment tonight. I expect the wire to arrive mid next week (finally!)
Cheers,
Leigh.

Wire has arrived - finally! Will begin to package and distribute! If you are interstate, expect yours early next week.
Cheers,
Leigh.
