Re: Toowoomba Bonsai Group
Mick,
The Toowoomba Bonsai Group meets on the First Saturday of the month at the CEDAR Centre at USQ on Baker St Toowoomba, from 10am to around 4pm.
We try to spend as much time as possible at each meeting working on our trees. We also regularly organise demonstrations and bonsai related bus trips.
We have Tony Bebb coming up for a workshop in March, unfortunately all placings are currently full.
We would love to see you in April, bring a tree and draw some knowledge and inspiration from some truly knowledgeable bonsai enthusiasts.

Re: Toowoomba Bonsai Group
I'm REALLY looking forward to this event in Toowoomba! I have selected a lilly pilly cascade for Tony to help transform. This tree cost me about $8, found in a far away section of the local trade nursery and i have cared for it for about 18months and cut off a large growing seciotn to the top. I'll post some before and after shots to highlight Tony's great advice.

Re: Toowoomba Bonsai Group
Good on ya Stewart. Look forward to seeing you at it.
I'm bringing in a juniper on the Saturday and a Chinese Elm on the Sunday.
Love the workshops. Tony's a pretty handy bonsaist with a great instructional style, should be a fun weekend.
Cheers
