purchased some new stock to start playing with yesterday. one is a pink flowered weeping Japanese apricot (prunus mume) and the other is a chinese quince (pseudocydonia sinensis)
im gonna have fun with these babies. lost of character and much potential. both are species i currently have and love working on so looking forward to getting started
the apricot is about 2.5 feet tall with a trunk about2 inches wide. the quince is only about a foot high with a trunk 1.5 times the width of a lighter.
below is the quince as well as an idea of what i am hoping to acheive
