It was a choice between a small olive that grabbed my attention (can't remeber what number) and a fantastic ROR Chinese Elm (no. 29). The Chinese Elm just pipped it in my opinion.

What was yours?

I'm also a big swampy fan but that one just didn't do it for me when viewed closely. I was actually hoping to pick up some swampy stock today but alas there was none there.

Yes sure Andrew it is just a bit hard to get a clear shot sometimes and the lighting could be better. I will say hello if you are there at the same time - what do you look like ?

Just look for the reaaally awkward looking guy. (hopefully I don't bump anything over)
Youngish (22) I Will be wearing a red+black checkered button up shirt and black shorts, I have a short "flat top" hair cut.... And might have a camera with me.

Hopefully I can get some good shots with the camera, I'm still trying to figure it out

Great little show, I went on Saturday. Ended up voting for the Shohin Privet near the start to the left; the juniper group planting; and the taller Chinese elm root-over-rock toward the back (for those that attended).

There was a lovely little formal upright ficus on the Saturday, but as there was no eftpos machines nearby, by the time I returned Sunday it had been sold :-(

Great show - I think all the members who volunteered their time deserve a big  Suppose I should suck up to the show captain and say he did a great job again this year

I'm really bad at taking photos by the way.

It was a good day, I got to see some amazing trees & met/spoke to some nice people, plus picked up some tips.
