No I'd still wait for the june july period just before things warm up again. The risk of repotting in the wet season is the risk of root rot in a tree with freshly pruned roots not taking up much soil moisture during a rainy couple of months. I've lost one tree thinking it would be okay with it in hot weather dormancy. The cooler season repotting has the advantage of dormancy plus dry weather allowing you to control soil moisture while still giving the tree some sunlight.
