Julie and sahara,

Fuschia take very eaisily to cuttings, you should try some, its cheaper than $17.00 and $50.00 beginner bonsai starters.

It would've been nice, but I crashed my car a few weeks or so ago, and it's still broken.

Little Miss Fuschia is now planted into a big pot to grow on. Any ideas on how long it'll take to grow a nice thick trunk?

Couple of years at least, depends on how thick you want before you start work! Encourage as much growth as you can, don't trim it back too often or you will slow it down. Good luck with it

Well the fuchsia is taking off! Lots of new growth, and already a couple of teeny tiny flowers :)

I just wanted to post a photo of how well my little Fuschia is coming along. It's so full and healthy now, you touch it and it's so soft and the branches and leaves just bounce back.

It's also had a heap of flowers just recently and looked spectacular
