I picked up this Azalea at Bunnings on the weekend. I've been looking at alot of different nurseries lately for an Azalea with potential and have come up with nothing until i found this one.
What does everyone else think?
Hopefuly i'm not the only one that thinks this will look great.

Great pick mate. This has good movement in the trunk and should come up a real winner with some training. Congrats

Looks great, I'm always on the look out for new stock whenever i'm in bunnings or a nursery too, symptom of being bitten by the bonsai bug. Given a few seasons in a grow box for that trunk with thicken up and this will look awesome, nice choice

Re: Potentially awesome Azalea
With similar shaped azalea I have pinched out the growth tips on the competing trunks so they stop growing from that trunk and help the main trunk get fatter instead.
I don't know if this actually works, but it has a lot of logic behind it.
