hi mate
if you are feeling inventive there is a couple of things you can do if you have a router and some timber, a little time and patience.
it is a simple as marking a circle on two pieces of board, using your router with a half circle bit in it about the size of a marble, route a groove in your timber in the shape of the circle on both pieces of wood. then using a few marbles place these in the groove on your bottom plate, and then place your top plate on matching the grooves up, this will give you a nice, easy turning turn table that you can make yourself, maybe add a nice routed profile to the edges to give it some character and a nice stain or paint and you got yourself a reasonably cheap, strong turn table that will last a long long time.
