Ficus air layering

Just did 2 air layers on my Small leaf fig, how long should they take to root?

Hey John,

Where you are they should be well rooted in about 4-6wks

Wow, thats quick, thanks mate. Also i have another couple of smaller branhces that i want to remove that have small arial roots, will they be fine just to cut off andf pot up or should i grow a few more roots?

Even very large cuttings can be taken on figs so long as night tempature is warm . In Sydney it's between November. And march I think . I don't even bother to air layer .
