The venue for this great event is the old bowling building associated with Club Willoughby formerly called out Willoughby Legions. The curtains are not new but the bonsai artist is new, talented and keen. Let's hope the East coast low keeps away.

I have been invited to bring along some Japanese Pots, turntables, wire, tools etc and I will also have Raffia which has just arrived as well.

Great news I heard a whisper that you have a tree to work on with Naoki . There will be a lot of Bonsai knowledge and some great material to be seen.

Not too long now.

I have two Japanese Black Pines to bring along. One being quite old and large. I was just wondering what day would be best. I notice that the Sunday seems to be more workshop focused and the Saturday also has a demonstration. I was thinking that I should probably bring the larger tree on Sunday so more time can be spent on it?

Hi Ric,

Garry U told me you bought another Black Pine to do with Naoke yourself in a workshop. You really do need more trees it is true.

He who dies with the most trees wins.

There was someone taking photos with a good camera. He mentioned that the pictures would go on Facebook. Not sure of his name though unfortunately. Maybe he will pipe up?

Yes Watto I did get another tree - one that escaped from a batch Donny D was keeping for Taiga's Victorian adventure. Garry U took some before pictures but it is the beginning of a long term project so you will have to be patient before there will be worth-wile afters. I am sure it will be worth the wait.
