Pup, one of the pics has flowers on it. They are yellow staminate balls. This rules out Leptospermum and Angophora.
No, i don't believe there are any leaves on even the first pics. I think those are infact phyllodes, which means that they are an Acacia species. Phyllodes are modified petioles (the part that joins the leaves to the stems) that have become flat, and in this case, the leaves don't exist at all. This is fairly common amongst Acacia species.
